Items will normally be sent by Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.

For hygiene reasons all items are despatched in a clear, sealed packet, allowing you to view the item in full detail before breaking the seal. You should only break the package seal if you are prepared to keep the item, as unfortunately due to hygiene restrictions we are unable to re-stock and re-sell any item where the seal has been broken.

Returns, which will incur a £3 administration fee, must be made within 7 days of despatch. Please use insured post (at your expense) to ensure proof of delivery and to protect you from loses in transit.
